Product Description Auto EXPRESS 5 STARS BEST BUY TYRE INFLATOR 2008 and 2009. 12V air compressor inflates tyres quickly and automatically shuts-off when the desired preset air pressure is reached. This lightweight and compact unit will inflate a tyre in under 3.5 minutes displays the pressure reading in psi, bar or kpa. It also incorporates a bright work light with a selectable red light for warning or emergency use.

Ring 12V air compressor July 28, 2010 Mushroom Well packaged, complete with its own carry case. Lead length is adequate for everyday use. Bit fiddly to pack lead into well on underside. Sturdily built. Quick at inflating tyres, etc. Pressure gauge seems a bit inaccurate and I would say 'overreads' by about 2psi.
Deflated inflator July 8, 2010 Glyn Smith I have purchased and used a number of this type of inflator for use on continental holidays with my caravan. Most seemm to be OK for a short time then simply fade away. They sound good until the pressure required is in the 30 PSI region when the compressor is simply not man enough for the job. My latest purchase was no better. In fact I resorted to using one that had failed me before,it was marginally better than the Ring inflator. My caravan tyres require 33PSI of pressure. I could only attain 28 with the Ring, 31 with my worn out reject. The truth is that simply by putting my finger over the outlet I could stop the compressor.
In short if you want to blow up balloons for a kids party then it is OK, anything more demanding and you can buy a much cheaper version and still attain the same result.
So I have an expensive emergency light!
car tyre inflator July 8, 2010 Mrs. J. Scott (galashiels, scotland) this is the first digital car inflator i`ve had and and i`ve used it twice on my car tyres and also on my bike (which saves a bit of effort), i found it quite easy to use and i am very pleased with it. it comes in a neat little case which takes up very little room in the boot.
Excellent purchase July 6, 2010 Bruce Having had another make previously that was badly designed this product was a joy to use and easy to operate and stow away in the bag provided. Easily a superior product delivered very promptly. An excellent purchase.

This has solved the problem of being deep in the countryside without having a garage nearby. An excellent purchase.
The only comment is that you really have to secure the lighter socket plug,it can be a little unsteady.
