The Tomtom v4 fits well into this carrying case, but this is it. There is absolutely no space to fit any additional cable.
The power adaptor comes with different plugs which is handy. It also serves as a spare USB cable to connect to a PC. However, it would be useful to be able to fit the power supply sold in this package into the case to carry it with the unit. This is not possible and this is where the overall package is disappointing.
Amazon should add more photos of the content of the package. The picture of the box is insufficient and it is very difficult to understand exactlyt what you are buying.

I bought this pack for my new Tom Tom One v4 Europe satnav with the folding wind screen mount on the rear.The case fits perfectly and the charger comes with several adapters so you can charge it from the mains in almost any country.You may wonder why I want to charge it from the mains and not the car,well I do not intend driving around europe but I do intend using the satnav when walking in european cities so I will not get as lost.It really is two products for the price of one.At the time of writing some of the Tom Tom cases,including all the leather ones do not fit the new range of Tom Tom sat navs with the folding mount at the rear.I got this info directly from Tom Tom,so I was forced to buy a non leather case.

I bought this despite reading some rather dubious reviews and must say I'm very pleased with it! The case fits perfectly - a neat, compact little satnav with a neat compact case! Yes, it doesn't hold the charger etc. but I'm happy to leave this in the car and only really want to carry the unit itself around with me. For me, being able to charge the Tom Tom at home is essential so the mains charger is a must! A good price for the two items together so overall, value for money.

I bought this case and power adapter for my new TomTom ONE v4 Western Europe. The case is very snug (the zip only just zips up), there is no room for the car charger or other accessories which is a shame. Having said that, I think it will do a good job in protecting the TomTom and will make it much easier to chuck it in a bag without worry. Overall, not great value for money, the materials are not great. Probably best to look at the other cases available for TomTom devices.
