This is great! I bought this for our parents for Christmas and on receipt, had a go to see how easy it was. The instructions are very simple to follow and the result exactly as it appears in the image! I'm going to get one for myself now too!
Easy to useJune 5, 2008 C. Weedon(London) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Infinitely easier and less hassle than the old 'wrap it round a glass' technique. They do dry out faster than coir plant pots, though. It would also be great if it were possible to get them in a larger size for potting on. Over all, I love it and would recommend it.
Easy peasy paper potsFebruary 21, 2008 E. Cooper(Oxford, UK) 25 out of 26 found this review helpful
Making your own paper pots is a quick and easy way to save money in the garden, and recycle waste paper into something useful. Although you can find instructions for folding paper pots on the internet, using a Paper Potter makes the whole process really quick and fool-proof. I've had mine for several years now, and it comes out every spring to make a great swathe of pots that are perfect for seedlings. Once the plants are ready to plant out you can just plant the whole thing - the newspaper breaks down in the soil and the plant roots grow through it - meaning no root disturbance and very happy plants!
