I saved for a long time to get this iPod, I had originally wanted a touch a few years back but decided to go with the 120GB classic instead. Once that started to act up I thought I would treat myself to a 32GB iPod touch. This one was the cheapest on offer brand new and I couldn't have been happier when it arrived. I got an estimated delivery for a Thursday (which was a 6 days wait, 5 working days) however to my surprise it arrived on the Monday! I was delighted with the speedy delivery and appropriate packaging! I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone! Thanks again, I'm like a kid with a new toy now!

In spite of a lot of phone calls to Apple and internet providers, the ipod touch would not connet with the Internet. I got it to use abroad on holiday and tried to practice with it before going away with my own provider. It would not connect. It was the same with WiFi attempted connections in Sri Lanka. There were several people in my holiday group who were au fait with such devices and competent with them - one having an ipod touch - but they could not get it to work either.

My daughter's new Creative Zen had problems and the lovely people at Amazon replaced it; sadly the replacement had the same problem and we elected to switch to an iPod Touch 32gb. She loved it from the outset and still adores it now. I can't comment on problems with WiFi access, apps and suchlike but she seems thrilled with it - and, even though previously she was a Zen diehard, she wouldn't go back. I'm just thrilled with the Amazon service and won't hesitate to buy more electronic devices from them because their after sales service was as brilliant as pre-sales. Thank you.

Best gadget I have bought for years. It can connect to free wi fi in airports etc easily. So I got my emails on holiday. The apps are such fun and so much choice. The battery life is a down side if you use it a lot. I would suggest getting an extra battery boost if going away. I use it at home all the time music, internet reading books watching youtube; a quick way of getting online if you cant be bothered to load up your computer.
